The intelligent system is independently designed and developed by Weihua Crane. According to the port business needs, the intelligent system includes the upper computer management system, the truck positioning system, the container contour scanning system, the anti-bowling system, the vehicle guidance system, and the OCR container number and vehicle number recognition system, truck anti-lifting system, video surveillance system and other functions.
Recently, Weihua Crane successfully developed a heavy duty 320T crane reducer and completed the delivery. The reducer is 10m length, 2.2m height and 1.3m width.
Weihua made 9 sets overhead cranes for CSSC, including 2 sets 200/32t capacity span 41.3m overhead crane with and double trolleys and 2 sets 120/32t capacity span 41.3m overhead crane with double trolleys.
The 16m×8m×6m heat treatment annealing furnace for heavy structural was officially put into use in Weihua Crane Intelligent Industrial Park. It successfully realized the overall annealing of 320 ton metallurgical crane trolley frame.
As the core process and processing technology of large metallurgical cranes, this large annealing furnace can meet the annealing treatment of various structural parts of large metallurgical cranes of 500t and above.
After 10 rounds of fierce bidding, Weihua Russia office successfully won a bid of shipyard project in Russia and signed the contract with the absolute advantage of the new-type crane solution. At present, 17 sets double girder bridge cranes are in the product design stage.

The 4 sets 70T/20T-46.56M gantry cranes are mainly used as maintenance services for Siemens thermal power plant turbine generator sets.
